Mix all ingredients together, stirring until blended. If necessary, add a little more milk so that the dough forms easily into balls. Knead the dough on a floured surface, then roll it to 3/4 inches thick. Cut out biscuits with a heart-shaped cookie cutter and place on an ungreased cookie sheet about 1 inch apart. Bake in a preheated 450°F oven for about 12 minutes, until golden brown. Serve warm with a drizzle of honey.
