Jack Frost’s January Cold Moon Providence Rice Salad Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 Cup Brown Rice (Cooked)
- 3/4 Teaspoon Soy Sauce 0r Hoisen Sauce (Or more to taste)
- 1/4 Cup Rice Vinegar
- 2 Tablespoons Sesame Oil
- 1 Bundle Green Onions (Diced)
- 1/4 Cup Celery (Minced)
- 2 Tablespoons Garlic (Minced)
- 1 Teaspoon Fresh Ginger (Shaved)
- 1 Heaping Cup White Bean Sprouts
- Sprinkle Red Pepper Flakes
- Dollop Honey

Instructions
- Once the rice is cooked, transfer it to a large salad bowl. Mix together the soy, vinegar and oil. Toss this with the rice so it’s evenly coated. Add in the remaining ingredients, mixing thoroughly. Chill. Use 1/2 cup containers (green if you have them) for serving. If you want this as a side dish it will likely only be enough for two people.
